On June 29th, 2022, Party Secretary Mr.Zhang Xinghui and Deputy Secretary Mr.Dong Jie held a video conference with Prof. Sperber, the current president of the University of Applied Sciences Deggendorf, Germany. Two sides discussed the future cooperation and co-construction between the two universities. Prof. Sperber expressed his willingness to cooperate with TSGUAS in all aspects and to build a Sino-German College of Engineers in Tianjin.

      After the meeting, both sides signed a framework cooperation agreement.
