On the afternoon of May 23rd, 2018, Zhu Jiahong, finance director of the Chinese Association for Radio, Film and Television Exchanges, Zhu Shilin, project manager of Film-Video Department of the Chinese Association for Radio, Film and Television Exchanges and 11 TV crew members from the mainstream media of Laos, Myanmar and Thailand visited TSGUAS. The purposes of the visit is to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation in TV and media fields between China and Lancang-Meikong Cooperation member states and understand the China’s vocational education development and cooperation between TSGUAS and ASEAN countries. The visit was accompaniedby Dong Guohui, deputy director of Coordination Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, and vice president of TSGUAS Zhang Jinguo as well as representatives and personnel in charge from International Exchange & Cooperation Department, Publicity Department, Office (Party Committee Office, President’s Office), and Lancang-Meikong Project received the visit.

Journalists from Laos, Myanmar and Thailand interviewed and communicated with the overseas students from Lancang-Meikong Cooperation member states to understand their life and study in TSGUAS. After the visit, the TV crew members said they were going to publicize what they saw and heard in China so as to further promote the understanding and cooperation between China and Lancang-Meikong Cooperation member states.
