On November 26th, 2018, “German university management in China: seminar for applied higher education” was held in TSGUAS. Prof. Reinhard Höpfl, the predecessor of Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, Prof. Andreas Grzemba, Vice President of Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences and their delegation visited TSGUAS and provided high-level professional lectures. Secretary of the Party Committee Mr. Zhang Xinghui, President Ms. Zhang Hua, Vice President Mr. Xu Chengying and representatives of teachers attended the seminar and exchanged views.
