Born in 1951 in Germany , Mr. Becker was the president of Teacher’s Further Training College of Rhineland-Pfalz. He was recruited as honorary dean and distinguished professor for the Economics and Business Management School . Mr. Becker gave suggestions on teaching facilities purchasing and practical training centers layout; he has actively intensified cooperation with German or other foreign owned enterprises and gave training for teachers in professional competence, operation ability and social capability, improving and strengthening the Economics and Business Management major group efficiently.
