Born in 1946 in Germany , Mr. Oermann was the director of Berlin   Automobile Training Center . He has worked as a distinguished professor for the automobile majors since 2012. Under his guidance and participation, the university established automobile maintenance major group in Tianjin vocational universities and colleges, started international pilot class of 'automobile inspection and maintenance' , carried out the reform and practice on talents training mode and curriculum teaching.
