Joge Ignacio Artamendi is the winner of 'Friendship Award' issued by Tianjin Municipal government and national government. Born in 1957 in Spain , Ignacio, a senior engineer, is the Spanish director of Sino-Spainish Machine Tool Training Center. Since he took office in 2002, Ignacio has done magnificent attribution to Sino-Spainish collaboration and intensified the cooperation between TSGUASwith both Spain-owned enterprises and other joint ventures. Therefore, he was awarded 'Friendship Award' by the national government in 2004.
