Reinhard Höpfl is the former president of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences (16 years in office), the chairman of the Bavarian State Engineers Association, and the director of the ITC Technical Campus of the Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He is a well-known German physics expert and won the German Cross Medal , the current German expert/professor of the university.
